Kaitlyn was born and raised in Dallas, Tx, but spent a small part of her childhood in Rochester, NY. A former collegiate soccer player in North Carolina, she concluded her studies getting her Masters in Exercise Sports Science from Texas State University. Moving back to Dallas, Kaitlyn became a personal trainer and a exercise physiologist for Baylor Scott and White Dallas. The ambitious mind took over and Svelte Performance, formally known as Dallas Iron Fitness, was created. Kaitlyn holds certifications in : NSCA Certified Strength and Conditoning Coach, United States Olympic Lifting L-1, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist and Precision Nutrition L-1. She currently resides in Downtown, Dallas.
